This assessment addresses the following course objective(s):

- Describe the impact of diversity on the workplace.
- Describe negotiating techniques and how to overcome an impasse.
- Describe the way unions organize a workplace for representation while discussing what conduct around such campaigns is construed as an unfair labor practice.
- Define individual rights under a collective bargaining agreement and present procedures to resolve grievances.
Instructions
Prepare a presentation based on your research paper topic in part one of the final assessment. The presentation will be a summary and explanation of the information presented in the research paper.
During the presentation, you will want to ensure you are talking rather than reading from a script. You may use notes when you make your presentation, but you may not read from a fully written out text or from the research paper.
