Think about a change you have experienced or initiated. This can be a work example, or something that you have tried to change in your routines.
Was the change successful? Why or why not?
As you write your post, use the three-stage process of change from Lewin (unfreezing, changing and refreezing). In your discussion post make sure you note:
1. what kind of planning and communication you experienced for the change (unfreezing),
2. next, discuss what the change entailed (were there any supports as the change was happening?).
3. and last, discuss what you did to help the change to “stick” (refreezing).
If this was a change that was not successful – note what was lacking in any of the three areas.
