Summary of and Reaction to Peer Reviewed Article
The article provides strategic ways and perceptions through which internal controls are fully realized in various settings for achievement better goals in life. The articles consider internal controls (the personal choice model) to be than external controls since external controls (the medical model) relies on offering remedies rather acting on preemptive measures. Different setting captured in the journal covers for business people, students, athletes and everyone. In most of them, alphabets are used to bring the points of being deliberated on home. The article thus presents the means by which people in various categories can follow, by making a personal choice, to achieve their dreams rather than waiting to go through the medical models that have procedures and has no guarantee of working.
The article addresses everyone and offers preemptive measures and gives the right direction leading to the insight of one’s dreams. For instance, in the case of students, one of the eight keys to success is ‘highlighting.’ The students who participate in the recap of what were learned in the previous lesson; develops a mastery of the master the concepts and make them establish interest in the topic or subject. It is no doubt that practicing personal choice model leads to a positive outcome that is useful and essential in all dimensions of settings. The internal control measures emphases on the positivity and not negativity; and the only to unleash the full potential is avoidance of the captivity in negativity.
