I was pleased to read your post. Just like you I do agree with Stephen Hawking when he says that AI can be the best or worst thing ever. However, your answer to the discussion question is too brief and lacks detail. For instance, when it comes to explaining how AI can be the best thing ever, you just mention that it is available 24/7, has less mistakes, and helps soldiers be ready for what is to come; in my opinion, you should have elaborated how these make AI to be the best thing. Also, you should have indicated how AI benefits individuals, data, and even policies. For example, AI has served to elevate human condition. This is because it has the potential to eclipse other forms of technology making it possible for people to solve more significant, more intricate social problems (Davenport, 2018). As such, AI has improved the quality of life as evidenced by smart homes and enhanced security.

I loved reading your post; it was both informative and interesting. I do agree that AI has been beneficial in several ways. Apart from helping doctors and staff, AI has also proven to be very beneficial to the patient. For instance, the AI technology can act as a personal digital care for the patient by, for instance, assisting the patient to know about the side effects of various drugs. AI has also made it possible for patients to be assessed remotely, and therefore, they are saved from numerous visits to the hospital for follow-up purposes. Mentally sick individuals have also benefitted from AI. Through the application of robotics to treat the mentally ill, AI has played a significant role in helping patients to overcome depression and lead normal lives (Aboujaoude et al., 2020). I also agree that AI has a downside; it can be quite expensive and insensitive to impact.
