• -We plan to use real employees’ feedback on several platforms, like Glassdoor (Glassdoor) and Indeed (Indeed), to find out the companys implied management control issues, combined with the previous work experience of our group member, Svetlana Melnik.
• The current management control issues include:
• The management team does not design a proper and standard work procedure to communicate with employees, negatively influencing performance measurement and supervision.
• The management controls are reactive to the problem since the company ignores the considerations in the long term.
• Lack of employee training, lack of proper work designs and a lack of job assignments lead to low productivity, low motivation and frequent employee complaints. This ultimately leads to a sizeable turnover rate
