FORM 1
Dynamic functionality of the script
The purpose of form1 is to post to an email address then accept information on State, Address, postcode, age, gender, first name, surname, mobile phone number, and area code. All fields are mandatory apart from gender which the user can opt to leave out. This form intends to capture detailed information about the users of a website and enable the business to create content that is relevant to the user. These parameters also define how each webpage proceeds making it a dynamic webpage. Depending on the information filled by the user, the appropriate business will have an easy time filtering content for the client.

Appropriate language used
The relevant language for generating this form will be VBScript, which focuses on server-side scripting that manipulates the client-side forms. VBScript will be relevant since the server-side sets the specific variables to sort out the forms. Once a client fills out the form based on the layout of the form, VBScript uses the parameters to initialize and alter client-side scripts dynamically. The good this with this form of scripting is that content is filtered, and server processing or round trips are reduced. It is expected that the user will get content based on his/her interests based on VBScript language functionality.

Using this form, a business is able to meet its objectives and solve problems. Issues such as efficient service to customers will be resolved as technology has made things easier. This form narrows down the search journey for clients, unlike static pages where users had to hunt down the relevant detail. The structure is automatically created for the user and captures their information to give them the results they need. Through the inquiry section, the aspects of the content are analyzed to report back with meaningful results. The form is meant to adapt to the various inquiries that may be made by multiple users rather than a fixed page that will display the same information to everyone.

Appropriate language used
The relevant language for documenting this form will be JavaScript, which focuses on client-side scripting. Different code in the way of JavaScript is embedded into the webpage to generate the necessary processing. The program runs behind the scene to search and deliver the most relevant result within a page. Unlike form2, JavaScript gives feedback to the client rather than what VB does to customize the content according to preference. With JavaScript, it will serve as the most appropriate language since it answers the questions of the user. The results may be mailed back to the user if they choose such an option.

Web document requirements
Such a form should be able to generate feedback, schedule appointments, show bookings, or display billing information. The business requirements will linger around the ability of the user to receive input and perform activities such as transactions. At the same time, they can answer customer on any queries. Users will be able to benefit from the most relevant feedback regarding their inquiry. They will then be able to make decisions based on the results generated. The quality of the web document will depend on its functions: meaning that the friendliness to the user and host will matter a great deal.

Results
Unit, integration, and functional testing were implemented to check if there were any bugs in the forms. JavaScript does not have the help of compilers hence it was not possible to detect error during the onset of the development. These tests helped to get a perception of the results that would be produced once the form was active. The unit testing was conducted to check whether certain parameters would give specific results. Integration testing was done to check whether the structure would work if embedded on another platform while functional testing was done to check the relevance of the way to the intended purpose. All results were positive.
