I have to write a report for my Project for 15 minutes presentation. I’m going to design a website by using html and php and dateBase for my university IT lab department. This is my proposal. IntroductionOverviewIn order to design a good website, we should have a clear understanding of the web site development requirements, knowledge, skills and experience to successfully complete the web site project. This proposal describes the procedure of implementing various programs to run a website. Based on our preliminary discussion with IT Lab department, I have identifiedand listed below the Needs and Solutions that we will want to address in this project.Needs:Lab Technician is responsible for, checking in and out devices, diagnosing their problems, estimating repair time and research for solutions to questions that students are unfamiliar with. Furthermore, he needs a website that can be maintained and stored all these information . SOLUTIONS:IT Lab department provides computer and technical consulting. Computer Lab Technicians are familiar with new software and hardware applications used in the open computer lab . They will offer limited software support like installation and compatibility issues, and focus on hardware and networking support. Scope of Work• To aid and support the connection of Lab staff with students• To make electronic information more accessible.• To facilitate cooperative, collaborative creation of online services, including Lab information’s services.• Using A database server that can store large amounts of information in an organized format that’s easily accessible through programming languages like PHP. One of the most common types of dynamic web pages is the database driven type. This means that I have a web page that grabs information from a database (the web page is connected to the database by programming,) and inserts that information into the web page each time it is loaded. If the information stored in the database changes, the web page connected to the database will also change accordingly (and automatically,) without human intervention
