By first discovering the values at the core of our identities, we begin the process of integrating our unique values as well as our choice making capabilities on all levels of our personal and civic lives.

In other words, ethical leadership requires a good understanding of one’s core values and having the courage to live them in all parts of life in service of the common good. Based on the above mentioned facts, this paper reviews how the ethical leadership qualities of one man helped a reputable firm achieve its goals in the credit card market, and brought about a well deserved confidence of the public, in the administrative capabilities of the companies management.
