You will be responding to textual readings and incorporating citations. You will also continue to demonstrate the ability to apply appropriate MLA standards to the paper. As you complete the paper, you will have successfully incorporated the arguments of other writers with your own response, without plagiarizing.

You can be more expansive than the readings and discuss nutrition, but you will need to make sure you’re writing a focused analysis of the issues raised in the articles by using well-chosen quotes and citations. As you include your own ideas, this type of paper asks that you keep in mind those who would argue against your position using counterexamples.
