Part 2: The Obligation to Warn Finish the Part 2: Duty to Warn Complete the following: Describe guidelines of when it would be appropriate to act on the duty to warn or to protect others in the workplace. What are some examples of specific scenarios appropriate for your (past, current, or future) place of work? Describe steps needed in implementing a plan to act on the duty to warn or protect others in the workplace. Who needs to know the guidelines? How will the information be disbursed?
