Salesforce license for 5 BAs (us as a group) is $25 a month (I can’t think of any more costs right now Simon, but if you think of one please add it. Thalie did say it shouldn’t really cost anything that much higher than S2000.) Technical Factor: We already have Salesforce in ModMed and employed Salesforce Administrators at the company. We also have a Salesforce sandbox where we can ask SMEs to UAT test refreshed contact data and rules built in before new contact data is deployed in our actual Salesforce environment.
