Business Case The Cybersecurity Risk Management Awareness Programme came from the urgency of students to learn online considering the coronavirus pandemic that calls for social distancing. The use of networks through the online classes with an increased number of users in those networks increases the vulnerability of the school networks. To this effect, this project looks to increase cybersecurity awareness among all users. The users should learn of the vulnerabilities of their IT systems and the risk mitigation procedures they should implement to protect their information and systems in general. The project is to take two years with the expected costs being $5000. Key Resources ❖ Financial Resources

Constraints Time The project is expected to be complete in two years where all system users should be efficient in cybersecurity with a running program to orient new users as they join the school online program.
Budget The project is to work with a budget of $5000. Cybersecurity is a broad and evolving concept that changes with technological advancements. The budget may be constrained in terms of ensuring that all users get adequate knowledge on the concept that will guide them in matters of security as they interact with the information systems. The project also needs to purchase equipment and increase the bandwidth within the systems which is expensive considering the school is looking to bring in quality. Key Milestones Year !

Quality The quality of the awareness program depends on how skilled the users become after the project. Therefore, it will take time to determine their development in matters of cybersecurity. Failure To have the right mitigation procedures and have users learn how to implement them will mean that the program did not achieve high quality levels
Scope The broad scope of the cybersecurity scope may make it difficult for the training program to cover all the necessary aspects.
