In recent years, he has gained weight and is displeased with his appearance, but has no interest in or energy for exercise. He does not sleep well because he worries about business problems at night. He was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. Although he is financially secure, he rarely takes vacations or socializes outside of the office. He has gained weight over the past few years and doesn’t like how he looks, but he doesn’t want to or have the energy to exercise. He has trouble sleeping at night because he worries about work problems. He just found out that he has high blood pressure. Even though he has enough money, he rarely takes vacations or hangs out with people outside of work. He has started to feel like his life has no point.
