Refer to your “Clinical Skills Self-Assessment Form” you submitted in Week 1 and consider your strengths and opportunities for improvement.
Refer to your Patient Log in Meditrek; consider the patient activities you have experienced in your practicum experience and reflect on your observations and experiences. Refer to the “Clinical Skills Self-Assessment Form” you filled out in Week 1 and think about what you do well and where you could improve.
Look at your Patient Log in Meditrek, think about what you did with patients during your practicum, and think about what you saw and what you learned.
In 450–500 words, address the following:
