We are living in a particular moment in time in which we are witnessing and experiencing rapid changes in society. Humans, together, have developed new ways of surviving, building, thriving, creating, coping, learning, innovating, protesting, living, loving, dreaming, and advocating in this new reality. Some suggest that the changes we are experiencing will have a long-lasting impact on generations to come— ultimately changing our views of social norms, values, more and the expectations that we have of our social institutions. Using, your sociological imagination, and connecting the personal to the social contexts we are experiencing, in this final project, your task will be to explore social implications of The Global Pandemic of Covid-19. Using peer-reviewed research as well as other high-quality sources, you will take a deep dive into a topic of your choice related to the Global Pandemic of Covid-19. We will complete several exercises to help you fine tune a topic. In your work, you will consider what the research says about your topic and reflect on implications to society now and onto the future. Your project will consist of two parts

Some argue that the changes we are witnessing will have a long-term impact on future generations, altering our perceptions of social norms, values, and more, as well as the expectations we have of our social institutions. In this final section, use your sociological imagination to connect the personal to the social contexts we are experiencing.
