Formulate a new operations strategy for the selected organization based on the four competitive priorities (cost, quality, time, and flexibility).
Analyze both the structure of the competitive priorities and infrastructure of the production process. Develop three new enablers that are aligned with the long-term plan of the selected organization. Evaluate three pros and three cons of the new enablers.
Use three sources to support your writing. Choose sources that are credible, relevant, and appropriate. Cite each source listed on your source slide at least one time within your assignment.
