Campus life is
a beehive of activities for most students who are juggling classwork, private
studies, group discussions, sports and probably a part-time job to supplement
their pocket money. A student hardly gets time to consume a well-prepared meal
to get enough energy to utilize during the day. However, there is no need to
worry as there are some snacks that have sufficient nutrients to keep you
active the entire day.
Fresh fruits
A student
can carry fruits such as apples, bananas, peaches and pomegranates to school.
They are not only nutritious but also portable. These fruits contain fewer
calories and lots of vitamins and antioxidants. They also have lots of fiber and protect consumers
from contracting diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart diseases.
Nuts
Although nuts
are expensive, they are nutritious. Nuts come in different flavors such as
salted, sriracha flavored and honey roasted. The benefits of various types of nuts
vary, for example, almonds contain proteins which are bodybuilding foods, and
cashew nuts are anti-inflammatory. Nuts also contain omega 3, omega 6,
minerals, vitamins, and magnesium.
Wraps
There is a
wide range of wraps such as hummus, tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce. They are

can also add some granola in the yogurt to increase sweetness and crushes. Greek
yogurt reduces hunger and increases metabolism.

Avocado toast
is quick and easy to prepare. Apart from that, it has plenty of health benefits
and nutrients. It contains a lot of fiber, monounsaturated fatty acids,
