In this article, frail elderly patients who use ambulatory assistive devices and frail elderly patients who don’t use an assistive device were both used as patient groups (Cruz et al., 2019). They put each group of patients in their own group and looked at how many times each patient had fallen in the last six months (Cruz et al., 2019). All of the patients were given a set of tests so that the differences could be seen. In the end of the study, the results showed that a patient is more likely to fall if they don’t use the AAD (Cruz et al., 2019). The study was done to find out if there is a way to make it safer for these fail patients to live. The study was done by putting together two different kinds of groups and asking for information from the people who care for the patients every day. It was found that most people who don’t use AAD are more likely to have health problems like fractures that could even kill them. I will use this in my practice by being able to help teach patients the right way to use these aids, which will make it less likely for older people to fall. In this study, the number of falls that frail elderly patients had in a 6-month period was used as a measure (Cruz et al., 2019).

The number of people living in the United States has grown by a lot. You can get palliative care at any stage of an illness. Palliative care is meant to help people who are suffering and their families deal with the physical and spiritual symptoms of their illness.
The survey was used to compare and contrast how people talk to their nurses and their families. In this model, the care is focused on the family. Between the multidisciplinary team and how the patient does. It was found that they knew each other. In this experiment, ANOVA and the Spearman rho study were used to show that a nurse’s relationship with a patient can affect the level of comfort the patient feels (Deakin et al .., 2020).
This study shows that building a relationship with a patient can lead to better care and better results. According to research, a study was set up to find out how experienced nurses are at taking care of people who are dying. The results show that people with 11–15 years of experience or higher are more comfortable taking care of palliative patients. In contrast, less experienced nurses seemed to have trouble knowing how to approach and care for patients who were nearing the end of their lives.
I want to use what I’ve learned in this study in my future work and find mentors to help me adjust to the environment so I can give the best care.
I learned from this article that the more you do, the more you know. The better you can get to know your patients, the better you can treat them. This article talks about how important it is to use quantitative research methods like goal, discussion, and results.
